1. Digital Product Disclaimer

  • Pre-recorded and self-paced

Because access to our content is granted immediately after purchase, these products are considered used once accessed. As such, we do not offer refunds after access is initiated.

2. No Refund After Course Activation

We maintain a strict no-refund policy once access to any course has been granted, including:

  • Partial course completion

  • Lack of time or change of schedule

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective elements (teaching style, content format)

  • Incompatibility with user devices or internet issues

  • Accidental purchases where the course has been accessed

3. Exceptions: Refunds Before Access

A refund may be considered only if the following conditions are met:

  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase

  • You have not accessed or started any part of the course

  • The reason for refund is clearly stated and valid (e.g., duplicate purchase, payment error)

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same course, or your payment was processed in error:

  • Upon confirmation, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 7 business days

5. Access Issues & Technical Support

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your course:

  • We will work promptly to resolve login or access issues

  • Please note: Internet connectivity, browser/device incompatibility, or user error is not grounds for a refund

6. No Course Transfers

All course purchases are for individual use only and are non-transferable. Sharing login details or attempting to transfer access is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in access being revoked without refund.

7. Chargeback Policy

Disputing a charge with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of these terms. If you initiate a chargeback without valid cause, your account may be suspended, and legal action may be taken to recover the lost revenue and fees.

8. Quality Assurance

We are confident in the quality of our content. However, if you believe that a course significantly deviates from what was advertised:

  • While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer a credit toward another course at our discretion
