Welcome to the official platform of Hossam Zakaria Legal Consultancy, a provider of expert-led, pre-recorded legal training courses based on the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing a course or using any part of our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or purchasing any of our training courses or legal materials, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented during your use of the website.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website, purchase courses, or access any related materials.

2. Course Access and User License

  • All courses are pre-recorded, online, and offered on a self-paced learning basis.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique account to access the course content for a specified access period, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months, unless stated otherwise.

  • Access is granted solely to the individual who registered and paid for the course. Login credentials must not be shared.

  • The purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the course materials for personal educational purposes only.

  • Any attempt to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display the course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including but not limited to course videos, documents, quizzes, templates, graphics, audio, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hossam Zakaria Legal Consultancy and is protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the course provider.

4. Payments, Invoicing & Taxes

  • All payments must be made in full before accessing any course.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online gateways such as PayPal or Stripe.

  • Prices are displayed in AED (or equivalent) and are subject to 5% UAE VAT where applicable.

  • Upon successful payment, an official VAT-compliant invoice will be issued to the email provided during registration.

  • For corporate or group bookings, please contact us directly for customized invoicing and access arrangements.

5. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once course access has been granted.

  • No cancellations or exchanges are allowed after purchase unless the course has not yet been accessed and the request is made within 24 hours of payment.

  • Courses cannot be transferred to another person or account once activated.

  • In the unlikely event that a course becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may offer a replacement course of equal value or credit toward a future course.

6. Course Completion & Certification

  • A digital certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who fully complete the course modules and, if applicable, pass any included assessments or quizzes.

  • Certificates are issued in the participant’s name and emailed within 7 working days of completion.

  • These certificates are issued for professional development purposes only and are not equivalent to an academic qualification or license to practice law.

7. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Use the courses for personal or internal professional use only.

  • Refrain from sharing, selling, or sublicensing the course content.

  • Avoid copying or downloading any course material without explicit permission.

  • Not misuse the website or interfere with its security or operations.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal consequences, and loss of access without refund.

8. Platform Availability & Technical Support

  • We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our courses. However, we are not liable for temporary disruptions due to internet outages, server maintenance, or third-party platform issues.

  • For technical support, please contact support@hzlegal.ae. Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours on working days.

9. Modifications to Courses or Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify course content, pricing, access duration, or terms at any time.

  • Major changes to terms will be announced via email or posted on the website.

  • Continued use of the platform after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The content of our courses is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute formal legal advice.

  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee outcomes or results from course use.

  • Hossam Zakaria Legal Consultancy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the course materials or website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
